Hey, Goddess!
I'm Sasha and I'm going to be your guide on this journey of self-love and female empowerment. I'm Portuguese and South African; I trained as a medical doctor and now my purpose is to guide you to remember your true essence.
In 2017, I was so far away from myself... I didn't even recognise myself. And I am deeply grateful for it because it gave me the courage I needed to start following my heart.
I decided to start a completely new life, co-creating my own path within Medicine. With challenges and few certainties, when connecting with the essence of who I really am, I remembered what it's like to live with passion and inner peace. My inspiration and enthusiasm for the little things came back. By letting go of everything that held me back, I learnt to make space only for what truly matters.
I made the journey back home to my body, my heart, Mother Nature.
I woke up parts of myself that I never thought existed - the deeper I dive within myself - I found more strength, more determination, more intuition, more confidence, more faith, more pleasure, more love.
By living from my heart, I understood that this love has no limits to what I can accomplish, because I know I'm not alone.
So I arrived here and now, with the strength to help you discover the power within your heart. It's time to awaken it. You are everything you are looking for - You are the real miracle. It will be a great pleasure to see you come back home, to you.

I know Bali doesn't need an introduction at all but I want to praise how much love this land has in her. The island of the Gods has a deeply embedded feminine energy that embraces you, nourishes you, protects you.
